Hired Attorney Mr Michael Stowell

Several points of information to produce wills for my husband and I were reversed in the final documents (one example: my children were listed on my current husband's will as being his survivors). Phonecalls never returned--twice he was otherwise busy or out of town when we would arrive for appointments. I finally had to threaten contact with the Attorney General's office to receive our final original copies of wills/advanced directives/power-of-attorney documents. Payment was made in advance.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
