Yahya Thabit is a skilled litigator with recognized experience in civil litigation, contract law, and administrative law. As principal of Thabit Law Firm, LLC, he advises and represents clients in business litigation, contract disputes, and administrative proceedings. Mr. Thabit is known for developing creative solutions to complex legal challenges, a quality that has earned him selection to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for four consecutive years (2019–2022)—an honor reserved for only the top 2% of Maryland attorneys. He acts as outside general counsel to IT companies and provides a full spectrum of legal services to businesses and individuals, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts such as master service agreements, employment contracts, and licensing agreements.
