Extremely difficult to obtain information from. Multiple calls to office with poor return (attorney and paralegal were always busy or out and did not return calls). Misinformation relayed about amount of settlement, with some question about amount lawyer received for services. No preparation prior to court dates. Still receiving bills for medical which were supposed to have been settled by attorney prior to settlement of case.

Mr Rowan and his staff are very rude disrespectful Aryan they don't do anything to help you anytime your rights are being violated they never one stand up for you when your insurance company quits paying you they call you a liar and say that's not what the insurance company says. They never try to help you out in any way they made me get copies of all my doctor paperwork because they never wanted to trace anything down I had to get it all myself and file the paperwork myself so there is no point in even having a lawyer represent me I'm would have been better off dealing with this case myself I was electrocuted by 13000 volts and had traumatic brain injury multiple Burns tragic injury to both sides of my body severe burns torn ligaments tendons nerve damage but this firm treated me like a simple twisted ankle case
