Ms. Wallace provided invaluable assistance a challenging period in my life. Although I lost my CDL in court that and felt my career was over, she guided me towards putting my back on the right track. Her compassion helped me access the counseling I needed after the decisions made by the judge and jury. I cannot thank her or court enough for helping me reach where I'm at today. I latter had her help me with a divorce and it was very simple.
Very knowledgeable, a little hard to get a hold of at times, but usually returned calls. Even called on weekends if there were problems happening. Not a down and dirty fighter, was very respectable in court and in office.
Pretty wild that she lists "children law" as a specialty. Ask her about her daughter and why she lost all custody/visitation of her own child. I've never seen this woman sober, and I've worked in the local court system for years.
I too believe she is on meth. I hired her to file a simple civil commitment petition for my daughter who was seriously mentally ill. had attempted to kill her self several times. The State Civil Commitment Law is very clear and easy to understand. The matter was urgent. In stead of doing what real attorneys do. Look up the current law. She chose to spend 10 days emailing her friend at the DA's office even providing her friend with my name and my daughters. And went into detail about my daughters mental health. Not only a HIPPA Violation but also violating attorney client privilege. Than once she did write the petition. She instructed me to take it to file at the 6th district court house. It was denied. Because I refused to lie to the courts, When asked if i had a attorney I answered yes. when asked if the attorney drafted the petition I said yes. Catheryn drafted the petition as my daughters mother. me not as our attorney. She has discussed other clients cases with me. Do not trust her
Oh, having to deal with this old lady, what a nightmare. It kind of figured the math part The moment she walked towards me. But let me tell you something about Miss WALLACE I judge people who they surround themselves with their actions as well, but let’s just say This lady hang out with some shady a$& ppl Oh Silver city, what a disappointment in a few of your outstanding citizens. And don’t waste your time with her buddy Dietzel or whatever the hell his name is. Complete caca.
Cathryn Wallace is probably one of the worst lawyers I've ever met. It's common knowledge in the community that she sleeps with her male clients, is often drunk in court, and can't be bothered to return emails/phone calls. A friend recently let me know that Cathryn is facing disciplinary action from the nm bar. Not sure what for, but likely for mis-handling her clients' money. Stay away!!
Essentially stole my money for an Ex Boyfriend and will not give back. Thank god for the fraud team at my bank. She definitely must be on crack or meth and smokes way too many cigarettes. Shady woman!
