Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I found Mr. Bays by recommendations from others. It was the best decision I made as far as picking a lawyer. Everything I was told about him proved true! He is a "bulldog" in the court room! He fights hard and very well for you and if he says he can get you what you want, he's not lying..trust him! I was skeptical about a lot since this was my first time in court, but he never let me down. He got me sole and primary custody, plus a huge debt that was owed to me. If you want to win, pick Randy.:)
Mr. Bays represented me in a very emotionally draining child custody case in which my ex husband was using drugs and had some psychiatric/mental health issues. Mr. Bays performance in the courtroom was with utmost diligence, knowledge and confidence. He practices with extreme confidence, competence and aggressiveness when presenting your case. He is an excellent attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a lawyer who will fight for the best interest of the children.
Mr. Bays ensured that my divorce went smoothly, extremely quickly, and amicably. He was honest, fair, and compassionate in all his dealings with me. He was very responsive to my inquiries, never leaving me waiting for answers. I recommend him without reservation and would use his services again if I were to have any other legal needs.
Absolutely the best. He WILL deliver what he promises. Very reasonable (financially) and very ethical. A very no-nonsense lawyer. Very straight-forward. If you are looking for a lawyer who will say anything to please you, make impractical promises, he is not your guy. But if you want justice, he will make sure you get it. He is not someone you want in the other camp. Whole of his office provides excellent services. He works towards solutions. THE BEST.
I hired Mr. Randy Bays and Bays Law to handle a very complex child custody case. The original order was out of Texas, the “home state” was Washington, and I needed Arizona to intervene in an emergency. Mr. Bays fought very hard and diligently to ensure that my daughter was protected. His firm was always very prompt on any court actions and always made sure documentation got to me as soon as it was available. Mr. Bays was great about putting my mind at ease through the whole process.
Mr. Bays represented us in a recent modification of custody case. From beginning to end, he was a strong champion for us. He has a knowledge and depth of the law, the court system, and the best tactics for a successful resolution to your case. He successfully negotiated an out of court settlement for us that was exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be more grateful.{para}It is helpful to any attorney to be organized, have a clear goal in line to give to them, and prepare any and all information and evidence for him to support your case in court or as leverage in negotiations. {para}We cannot think of another lawyer in the area with the stellar performance of Mr. Bays in the Cochise County area. He's worth every penny to have on your side and you definitely don't want to be representing the other party!
I would recommend him to anyone. He was the best
Wow. What a great job! Very pleased with the job he did in protecting the involved child! Also, Mr. Bays never increased the initial price and never added "surprise" charges which I have seen attorney's do!
I never actually even got to see Randy Bays. I only dealt with a woman who worked there (I am supposing she is a paralegal). I had to call and check up on the progress of my divorce proceedings constantly. I was always having to remind her..."Isn't today the day when.. is supposed to happen?" I felt like I was doing her job. The only benefit that I felt I gained from going to Bays was that I was able to play the "my lawyer says" trump card with my ex and that they filed the necessary papers
My ex-husband and I ended up coming to an agreement on our own, wrote it all out, took that to the lawyers office. They put it all on legal forms had us sign it and then they filed it with the courts. To add insult to injury they charged me $6000.00 for the whole process.
