Hired Attorney Nicholas Morana

Nick Morana is a two bit attorney. All show and no action. Slow, not competent to represent others than a juvenile attorney. This man should be disbarred. Looking for the easy wins and pockets of money rather than working for it. Slow and lazy. Nepotism and self dealing are two words that describe Morana and feeds his own people and irritates vendors. Don't use this person.

Hired Attorney Nicholas Morana

Mr. Morana as a Guardian and Conservator milked an elderly woman of her entire estate for his fees and paid no bills except rent. Then, he accused the family of stealing her money, to make even more off the case. When he sees money in a case he is determined to go after it for himself. Even if he has to financially abuse and isolate his client and make false charges on the family.

atty nick morana is ineffective. he is a liar. he cannot be trusted. he does not do what he says he will do. he violates attorney/client privilege. He will drag you case out for months or even years and then demand more money.

I hired Mr Morana for divorce and did not take much time before i realized how incompetent it was and aftermath found out it was on the plaintiff side trying to go against me while on my payroll...

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
