Hired Attorney Mr. Timothy Haney

Mr. Haney is literally an "angel in disguise". I had a very difficult and ugly divorce case and no one , absolutely no one would take my case. Mr Haney stepped up, stepped in and won.!! Mr Haney, in a diffult time, took my case without retainer, has been communicative, treated me with dignity, fought hard for me and won a difficult case. Because of thiis, I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Hired Law Firm

Mr. Haney has poor communication skills. He refuses to respond back to his clients or get the paper work that is required of him. He did not complete the job he was hired to do and after being paid he dropped me as a client the day of court by surprise. He did not even know when the court date was that he himself asked for a continuance on. After promising he would do several things with the court date Mr. Haney failed to do any of the items he stated he could do. Do not hire!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
