NICHOLAS T. SPENCER is an Associate in the Firm’s Sherman Oaks, California office.
Mr. Spencer’s practice includes advising employers in human resources and personnel matters, such as employee discipline, terminations, leaves of absence, discrimination issues, employee benefits, and wage and hour issues. He also conducts workplace investigations and drafts employment contracts, severance agreements, employment policies, and employee handbooks.
Mr. Spencer received his B.A. degree in history in 2002 with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin and was a member of the California Law Review while at Boalt Hall at Berkeley School of Law. In addition to his employment practice, he has represented clients in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, business torts, and entertainment disputes.
