Randall Hicks views adoption as the ultimate loving act—legally creating a family—and strives to make the process smooth, simple, and emotionally rewarding. To keep services accessible, the office uses a flat fee of $2,500 for step parent adoptions (which even includes court filing fees and related costs), and Zoom consultations are free.
