Hired Attorney

He has been my attorney since 2007. He still has not closed my case! I NEVER hear from him regarding the status of my claims. When he does call me back he is rude and curt. In August 2014 I had a different attorney who handled my Service Connected Disability Retirement which took them less than 1year to receive an award! I have often wondered if he remembered who I was. His staff will not return my calls. I am very concerned about the outcome of my case because there is no communication!
