James and his team are wonderful! My wife and I were purchasing a home and the seller had a complicated Life Estate/Deed that involved 4 step-children. James helped to communicate with the children and make sure that all parties were on-board for a smooth closing.

Mr Stilwell's bookkeeper doesn't not have access to, or does not use, phone or time logs in billing. Mt Stilwell explained in an email, "We do not create or have phone logs -- meaning I cannot provide you with a saved list from our phone system of calls made or calls received on 12/1 or 12/2. That is not essential for our practice or for our time-keeping software." This was in regards to a phone call Mr Stilwell billed 1.1 hours for. The other prty to the phone call said the call lasted 19 minutes. Mr Stilwell also billed 0,3 hours (18 minutes) for leaving a phone message. The State Bar is reviewing Mr Stilwell's billing practices.
