Erin Ratliff was my atty and she was the best atty that I have ever come into contact with ever. She was very responsive and attentive to all my needs and concerns, very prompt on returning communications and very on top of things as far as keeping me up to date as far as what was going on with my case. She was also very supportive personally!
Mr. Benjamin Salyers has a limited amount of Criminal Law knowledge, and his is lack of professionalism coupled with his arrogance would put him at the bottom of the list of Kentucky State Lawyers that I would choose from. Good luck with your case, and do your research to choose a good lawyer - it makes all the difference for your future.
I gave Mr Dutton a $3,000 retainer for my divorce and he found a way to use $4,000 on an EPO. I haven't even made it to my divorce yet nor have I given him a financial disclosure yet. Then after the $3,000 retainer Mr Dutton required an additional $3,000 Plus the $1,000 under pay before he would even meet with me in his office. This essentially left me stranded without counsel. Then he has unethical discussions with the other local attorneys... now none of the others will represent me. No ethics
Untrustworthy, arrogant, takes client's money and produces few if any positive results. My worst experience ever.
He will drag your case out and collect as much payment from you as he can squeeze out for as little mediocre work as possible. His arrogance and sexual comments are just icing on the cake. worst law firm I have ever dealt with.
