never gave up, always professional. courtroom presence very strong. made me feel like my case was worth fighting for. never for one moment did he make me feel like my case was a lost cause.thank you daniel talbert. on a scale of 1 to 10, i would rate him about a 15

Mr. Talbert provided excellent service and legal counsel for my family during a very difficult case. Only thing this lawyer did was take my money. Used him for 2 FTA and a assault charge. My case was dismissed at roll call and talbert wasn't even there. Paid 2000 dollars for nothing. Also I told them I didn't want to go to jail and I spent one night, in the beginning I told them my issues and they said pay this amount and they could handle it. Nothing he ever said happened and I want most of my money back. Not a good experience for me at all.
