Hired Attorney Kermit Milburn

Kermit Milburn has represented my family in legal matters for approximately 10 years. He has handled our will and family trust. He has also negotiated employment agreements for me. In all of my dealings with Kermit I have found him to be fair and a person of integrity. Kermit brings a wealth of business experience to his legal practice and has represented my family very well when dealing with other parties. Some attorneys I have worked with in the past have an abrupt manner when dealing with their clients and opposing counsel. Kermit does not - he has demonstrated the ability to be pleasant with all parties while vigorously advocating our best interests. Kermit has significant experience in real estate, wills, trusts, banking, financial instruments, business litigation, and civil litigation. This experience has enabled Kermit to provide my family excellent legal and business advice. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
