    operation of an integrated liquefied natural gas to power (LNG-to-power) facility, consisting of an integrated 1.3 GW combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) based-fired power plant, an LNG import marine terminal, a transmission line,
    the expansion of an existing substation in Porto de Acu, in the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

    Investment Insurance (NEXI) on the financing of the development of the 52MWp Al Manakher Solar photovoltaic power plant facility in Amman, Jordan.

    Advised Sundance Resources Limited with respect to the proposed US$5bn Mbalam/Nabeba Iron Ore Project, including rail
    port infrastructure.
    Advised initial purchasers on the issuance by AES Panama Generation Holdings of US$1.38 billion of senior secured notes
    also advised the senior lenders
    administrative agent on the financing of a US$105m term loan facility
    US$50m liquidity facility by AES Panama Generation Holdings.
    Advised MUFG Union Bank
    Zions Bancorporation as lenders,
    MUFG as administrative agent on the US$75m term loan financing by Hotspur SPV LLC to fund the payment of purchase price of the acquisition
    for other general corporate purposes.
    Advised Note purchasers on a private placement by Chicago Parking Meters (CPM) of its US$300m financing, comprising US$270m of senior secured notes
    a US$30m senior secured term loan financing, with Korean Development Bank as administrative agent
    lender.
    Advised GE Energy Financial Services on its sale of the $1bn portfolio of energy assets to Apollo Global Management.
    Advised Unique Meghnaghat Power Limited on the development
    financing of a 584 MW gas fired combined cycle power plant in Bangladesh.
    Advised the lenders including ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch, Societe Generale, Singapore Branch, Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch, DBS Bank Ltd., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch, Mizuho Bank Ltd on the development
    financing of a Bhola-2 220MW dule fuel (gas/HSD) combined cycle complex (on a BOO basis under the Bangladesh IPP program, in Bhola District, Bangladesh).
    Advised the lenders including K-Sure in connection with the financing of the US$545m 200KW Kalsel coal-fired IPP project in Indonesia.
    Advised the Sponsors (including Sumitomo Corporation, Engie SA, International Power S.A. (Dubai Branch)
    Taqa UAE Generation Holding Company LLC) on the rehabilitation, development
    financing of certain upgrades to
    recommissioning of the S1 existing power plant.
