Hired Attorney Steven Hemmat

Steven A. Hemmat claimed to be well-versed in step-parent adoptions but was unfamiliar with the process. He charged a lot of money and did very little work for me. He did not do as I asked and instead took us through an unnecessary process that both wasted time and money.
