Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Rebecca gave me straight-forward, actionable, and sensible advice regarding my particular situation (family law, child custody related). She was so clear about explaining the pros and cons of moving forward with different legal paths that it gave me the confidence to choose the best path. She was particularly insightful and practical about my case, which involves international child custody. I appreciated that one of the paths she suggested was actually to not take any legal action. That fostered my trust that she's interested in advising clients with the client's best benefit in mind, rather than potentially pushing for something that would lead to financial benefit to the firm over the client's best interest. I would recommend her. I think she's great.
Rebecca Mader was God sent to me during one of the darkest seasons in my life. My soon to be ex husband and I had filed DVPO's against each other, and we had a little 6 month old baby girl involved. Finally at our DVPO's hearings my husband's DVPO was dismissed and mine was granted and I got my baby girl back after 4 weeks! Rebecca was the one who represented me on both hearings and she did amazing! I'm beyond grateful for Rebecca Mader, Lisa Antoon, Melissa Schmalenberger, and everyone who was involved with this case one way or another, because all of them helped me so much through every step of the way. These were the most challenging 4 weeks of my life and I'm grateful to have had a chance to work with a lot of the people of Dellino Law Group. Hire Rebecca, you won't regret it! She's definitely beauty and brains and knows how to represent her clients well!
When Rebecca assumed representation in my case, I reasonably expected competent advocacy focused on protecting my children and me. Instead, it became immediately clear that she had no intention of actively representing our interests. I repeatedly provided Rebecca with evidence of ongoing verbal, emotional, and psychological abuse by my ex-husband toward both myself and our children. Her only response—repeated verbatim—was, “I’m sorry he is still treating you this way. Keep documenting.” She offered no legal strategy, no guidance on how to strengthen documentation, no explanation of what threshold would warrant court intervention, and no timeline for action, despite the volume and seriousness of the evidence I provided. Rebecca’s persistent inaction and dismissal of my safety concerns directly contributed to escalating harm. After I was injured as a result of the opposing party’s behavior, her response remained unchanged: “I’m sorry he’s still treating you this way. Keep documenting.”
