Kenzie joined ELM in 2020 after graduating with both an LL.M. and a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. She is starting her career off gaining experience in both transactional and litigation matters.
Kenzie brings with her a variety of experience in the nonprofit realm, both personally and professionally. Growing up, she spent the first 10 years of her childhood in Poland as a missionary kid, pastor’s kid, and third-culture kid which gave her the unique perspective and a profound sense of empathy with which she now approaches her work and clients. Professionally, she draws on diverse experiences in the nonprofit world to serve her clients – both corporate and nonprofit – well. Her past experiences range from involvement with the Attorney General’s Office of Washington, Landesa, the Smithsonian Institute, World Relief, and most recently, the Allen Institute.
