Upon calling Mr. Vogel and explaining my case he was more than willing to help, although I couldn’t afford to pay for his services he was still more than willing to give me some excellent and professional legal advice and it helped win my case! Mr. Vogel handled my personal injury lawsuit in a thorough, professional and caring manner. He achieved a favorable result, far greater than initially offered by the defendant, but still fair to both parties. I recently retained Mr. Vogel to assist in the retrieval of property. His actions and the eventual resolution of my issue were extremely pleasing to me. In addition, his responsiveness was excellent. I was able to reach him by phone when I needed to speak with him, and by email when I just needed to impart information. Should I need legal representation in the future I would indeed seek out Mr. Vogel and would recommend others do the same. I highly recommend Mr. Vogel.

I cannot put into words how pleased I am, as far as results for my case. I was down in the dumps. Dave is very professional and caring. He truly has a heart. When no one else would take my case, he agreed to accept it. All the other attorneys I contacted and there were many, refused to accept the case. They said it was too difficult to prove and it would be very expensive. But after explaining my medical malpractice suit to Dave and appealing to his big heart, he agreed to take the case. All his hard work paid off because the case was settled out of court. You will not go wrong with Dave.

David was very easy to work with. He was well prepared, and sought out experts to backup the lawsuit.He kept me well informed.He was great at negotiating a settlement for me at arbitration.The settlement was well beyond what I had imagined.David was not afraid to take on a tough case.

I had a fraudulent protection order filed against me by a lodger, frightening me out of my own home. Mr. Vogel addressed the problem on a Saturday and then first thing on Monday morning contacted the fraudster and the court and resolved the matter quickly and efficiently.
