Amy and her team are one of the most respected law firms in western WA. People in the legal community know her as running a highly successful law firm. No case is too big or too complex for them. They have scalable resources. When necessary, they will bring to bear Legal, Medical, DNA, technology, and private investigative experts. I was treated as part of the team and included in all the important decisions in the case. I know that Amy and Natalie always made me a priority and respond promptly to my needs and concerns via phone, text, and email. Knowing their services are expensive, everyone on the team works in a financially responsible way. I received highly detailed monthly invoices that itemize team activities. I trusted that I was in good hands. It took almost 2 years, but my patience paid off: Amy’s style is to deploy confident finesse, and all charges were dropped.
Unprofessional and not clear on any details. Didn’t spend any length of time on case. Worst experience ever and wasn’t clear on billing. Also ignored emails until last minute and made excuses like they forgot the court date.
