This firm was top-notch in taking a vested interest in my needs and paid close attention to detail. I was impressed with the professionalism, customer service and cost-effectiveness in working with this firm. This firm does have some ethics -- most of the time that was a good thing but sometimes they were too fair in dealing with the other party and didn't always have that killer instinct.
We lost at all turns: not a single concession went our way. My wife entered with no representation whatsoever, and my two big guns lost it all. Boastful of his effectiveness, Eagle turned into belergent bill collector when my trust account went arrears by $2500, despite a services agreement stipulating they would inform me when my balance went below positive $1000. Surprise! Difficult beyond comprehension, extraordinarily high overhead, and rates to match. I cannot recommend Eagle to anyone.
