Hired Attorney

My condo complex went into foreclosure. He did not seem to understand the situation as my individual condo mortgage was not the problem, and I believe he was more suited for rental or tenant problems. The complex ultimately was bought and converted into apartments. I ended up negotiating with the new owner on my own for a short sale.
