I wrote my petition in great detail yet he spent 29 hours rewriting before filing. Didn't get sticker shock until after 30 day, sent bill for $7500. Then wanted another 2500. All ready invested, took a deep breath but next 2 month no billing, had to ask but never received. Respondant wanted to speak to me to find solutions out of court. I sent to him to write up, he changed everything I wrote, added things and removed some key factors and sent to respondent. The respondent refused to sign because of this. I finally spoke to another attorney who agreed to take over. Thank God I did, he did ask the negotiations and took all the stress of my plate. I got a refund of 800 out of the 2500 and another big bill. He clearly inflated hours to to Make up for reduced rate. He doesn't have an office and we'll come to your home instead. Stay away from this guy.
