About Albert Guadagno

Albert Guadagno is an Italian-American attorney whose journey has spanned continents and industries. Born in a small town between Rome and Naples, Albert immigrated to the United States as a child, later establishing roots in New Jersey. He earned a degree in Business Administration with a marketing focus from the University of Southern California before relocating to the Pacific Northwest, where he has lived for more than 30 years. After a successful pharmaceutical sales career, Albert pursued his lifelong interest in law, earning his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association. He gained valuable international perspective by studying in Florence, Italy, and honed his litigation skills interning at the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Albert began his legal career as a prosecutor for several Washington cities, quickly developing a deep appreciation for the human impact of legal proceedings. Ultimately, he transitioned to criminal defense, guided by a philosophy rooted in vigorous, compassionate advocacy. Albert is committed to delivering excellent representation and positive outcomes for every client.
