Hired Attorney Alan Ruder

Alan Ruder is either forgetful or dishonest. He mixes up facts, names, and dates. His mistakes and forgetfulness complicated our case a lot and caused me a fortune.

Hired Attorney Alan Ruder

Child Abuse= When a parent takes a child away from another parent. I have interviewed with him and everything I said he took out of contexts and ruled against me. I did not have contact with my son for almost 7 years. My son is now back in my life. He almost flunked out of school and was living homeless on the green river because his father only wanted child support but not support his son. So if you want to see your child make sure you don't use him to write reports. He works against families.

Hired Attorney Alan Ruder

I hired Mr. Ruder to remove people from trust property. He assured me he was experienced, qualified and able. After 3 times in the same court, presenting the same evidence, in the same presentation, he seemed to expect different results. After months of my time wasted and over $10,000 paid to him, I still have the same problem as when we started. I lost money, income from the property, & potential sales. He totally ignored any of my suggestions, and did not follow my instructions.

Hired Law Firm

On a landlord matter, he went to court for me. Lost. Went again. Lost. Went to Summary Judgment. Lost. All three times were in the same court, same evidence, same presentation. Did he really expect a different result? He ignored my input, suggestions and instructions. After months and paying him over $10,000, I am in the same position as when I first met him, regarding the legal issues. I have the opinion that all he cares about is his money; the client doesn't matter to him.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
