Aweful lawyer period! Absolutely NO communication after he gets your money. He does.not care and gives excuses of why calls were not ever returned. I would say poor organization and will not show up in court. Watch out for this guy and file complaint with Arkansas Judicual professiinal conduct on his unethical represetation as a lawye. Who knows what kind of big problems this guy has but please don't bite into this rotten apple or your legal problems will esculate.

Mark seems to be a nice enough little fellow. Been in business a couple years. If you need a lawyer to do something that involves pushing papers around, something you could do yourself if you knew the procedure, he's a good one. However, if you have a problem that would require him to research and understand Arkansas statutes or to stand up to an established attorney in court and give the judge the documented facts you give him, you might want to look elsewhere. Told me a lie too.
