Justin is the firm’s founder and namesake. He founded the firm after years of working as a trial attorney at a national litigation firm that fought for individuals who battled fatal cancers or had fallen victim to the disastrous consequences of defective pharmaceutical medications. Throughout his tenure, Justin never backed down from any adversary. He regularly took on the likes of companies such as Ford Motor Company, CBS/Westinghouse, Bristol Myers Squibb, and battled in trial against corporations like John Deere. As a result of his success, his old firm still regularly calls him to advise on cases in an of counsel role. After years of handling hundreds of client files, Justin decided it was time to start a practice where he could limit the number of clients he had. This allows him to ensure that each one of his clients receives the attention they deserve.
Justin now dedicates much of his practice to assisting individuals who have suffered personal injuries including broken bones, spine injuries, and brain injuries. Justin also assist families who in the most tragic of circumstances, have lost a loved one. Due to the constant danger faced by drivers on California’s roadways, often these injuries occur in car accidents. Nonetheless, whether his clients are individuals who broke a bone in a car accident, or the family members of a lost loved one, Justin strives to make sure that each of these clients know that they matter as much to him as if they were his only client.
In his free time you’ll find Justin in the ocean or with his family as much as possible.
