James Christopher Munley is a board-certified civil trial advocate and plaintiffs' attorney who has built his career representing accident victims and their families. Recognized across the country as a leading personal injury and truck accident lawyer, Chris has obtained multiple multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.

Outside the courtroom, Chris is involved in a range of civic and community efforts in northeastern Pennsylvania. He serves as chairman of Lackawanna County's PNC Field — home to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, the New York Yankees' Triple-A affiliate — and as President of the Scranton Club. He is a board member for the Northeast Pennsylvania Chapter of the Girl Scouts of America, has served as an Ambassador for Meals on Wheels, and speaks regularly at senior community centers on safety topics.
Chris is the founder of ATLAS LAWYERS Legal Seminars, a national conference series where attorneys share strategies for managing a successful law firm.
He and his wife, Dr. Maria Yager Munley, have two children.
