Thomas A. Walcott is a seasoned civil litigator with comprehensive experience in general litigation, insurance defense, construction defect cases, and business formation. His practice includes breach of contract, real property litigation, premises liability, and personal injury. He also handles business formation matters, focusing on LLCs, operating agreements, and dispute resolution. Walcott has tried jury and bench trials in federal, state, and municipal courts, as well as before the Registrar of Contractors. Notably, in 2004, he second-chaired Arizona's first two construction defect class action cases, both of which resulted in favorable verdicts for the defense.
