Hired Attorney Mr. Bryan Gottfredson

I have utilized/worked with Bryan on four different lawsuits and a host of different pre-litigation matters. Bryan has successfully negotiated many matters so that they did not turn into expensive litigation. He successfully settled one of our lawsuits that netted us a very favorable settlement. Another suit, Bryan litigated successfully to the end and we won the case as well as attorney’s fees. Every matter that Bryan has handled for us has been successful.

Hired Law Firm

When I was diagnosed with a second bout of cancer in 3.5 years, I called Phoebe Moffatt, an attorney at ST to update my estate and will. She created the original versions. While I was not healthy, the fee was. I explained in a voice mail, a conversation, and an email that I needed to take care of matters prior to my surgery. Just in case. Small changes at that. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME, Not the lawyer, not a paralegal, not a secretary to help in any manner. NOT ONE person ever had the courtesy or professionalism to respond to a client, diagnosed with cancer, preparing to go under the knife in order to provide the requested professional services they promote with great pride. As it turns out, the surgery was a success, and I am half way through my treatments. I expect to make a full recovery. While I may not be able to advise you as to where to go to find an attorney, I can tell you where not to go for a lawyer. Best of luck.
