Nik is an associate in our Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Intellectual Property, and Professional Liability practice groups.
Prior to joining Meagher + Geer, he was an associate attorney at a firm in the Phoenix metro where he handled a variety of employment law, personal injury and contract matters.
Nik earned his J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he contributed as a staff writer for Jurimetrics, the Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. He was selected as a Senior fellow for the McCarthy Institute and worked as a research assistant to Professor David Franklyn in the areas of trademarks and unfair competition law.
During law school, Nik served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Socrates P. Manoukian of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. He was also a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in Entertainment Law.
Nik graduated from the University of California, Berkley with a B.A. in Philosophy. While at UC Berkley, his activities included serving as Student Director for the Sage Mentorship Project.
Outside the office, Nik loves to spend time with his wonderful wife, Jessica, and their sweet dogs Cali and Finnegan. He also enjoys wine tasting, traveling abroad, coaching soccer, and watching sports.
