Mr. Gavzy did a great job shepherding us through a closing that had some challenges to overcome. He was responsive to our calls and did a great job negotiating (in our favor) through some unexpected hurdles. Would highly recommend him as an attorney and a person!

Very hands-on attorney. Stuart was always available for a call or a meeting to answer my questions. He is a master negotiator to get creditors off your back. He does not pawn you off on other people and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my difficult time.

I would have rated all 5 stars, but there is something missing from the communication when it is all electronic. Very pleased with Mr. Gavzy, but his assistants (paralegals) kept losing my communications.
Stuart has cost us tens of thousands of dollars by his unsound council; he's also made several critical mistakes when he filed our chapter 13 bankruptcy and in subsequent pleadings, putting our entire Chapter 13 plan in jeopardy; the State Bar of Arizona is investigating him on valid claims of mis-conduct. He's also refused to hand over our client files to assist our new attorney's with the case. Do yourself a favor and do not ever use Stuart Gavzy for any of your bankruptcy needs. Big mistake
