The attorney I worked with always answered my calls/texts/emails. Was very transparent about the whole process. He even provided me an app to access documents he finished so I knew everything he was doing/completed.

Attorney Politakis was very helpful during a very confidential and personal experience. He walked me through the entire process and reassured me that all my desires will be fulfilled. It is clear that you don’t want to go to an attorney that practices multiple types of law when dealing with estate planning. I now know that my assets are properly protected. I previously went to an attorney that doesn’t specialize in estate planning. First off, he didn’t even properly find my Trust. Second, his estate plan was about 40 pages. Finally, he charged me about $3,000 for a simple amendment. Politakis Law provided me a binder with hundreds of pages that included a my Trust, powers of attorney, and a bunch of other documents.
