Inability to accomplish simple tasks (tasks that require a high-school education)without spending a ridiculous amount of time. Of unethically in the eyes of most people, charged their top fee rate for those simple tasks as well! Accomplished nothing for us - in fact, harmed our business. Also, inability to grasp very simple business fact patterns. Basically, the attorney had NO "real world" business sense.
