Larry Evans represents businesses large and small, financial institutions, professionals and fiduciaries in complex civil litigation, arbitration and pre-suit negotiations. His clients include Fortune 500 companies and other publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, individuals and family trusts.Mr. Evans has significant experience with construction litigation, financial services and banking litigation, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy matters, real estate disputes, professional malpractice defense, employment litigation, commercial landlord representation, probate litigation and class action lawsuits. He also maintains a roster of insurance companies for whom he defends cases under their professional liability, director’s and officer’s, property and premises, and general commercial liability coverage lines. Prior to joining Oliver Maner LLP, Mr. Evans worked in the Atlanta office of a large, international law firm. Mr. Evans has been selected as a “Rising Star” in the area of commercial litigation by the publication Super Lawyers and has been named to Georgia Trend's Legal Elite in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights. He is a graduate of the Savannah Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Savannah program and the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy. He presently serves on the Boards of Directors for the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, Junior Achievement of Savannah, The Savannah Center for the Blind and Low Vision, and the Savannah Zoning Board of Appeals
