Last year, I had the displeasure of receiving correspondence from this firm which I found to be sexually harassing and extortionate in nature. The correspondence threatened legal action against me that did not have a basis while at the same time calling my valid claims “baseless.” Greiner and Steinmetz threatened to inject allegations of severe sexual misconduct into my workplace if I even “attempted” to hold their client accountable for the, in my opinion, intentional acts against me which included what I experienced as malicious attempts to provoke my arrest. The end of the letter contained admonishments in my professional capacity that were unfounded and based on a unilateral narrative they did not bother to vet. I am posting this because I believe accountability and transparency are important. Two partners at a law firm should never ever send a junior associate correspondence invoking her sex or intimacy or make allegations of that nature in connection with anyone’s career.

Service and performance rank high, but was disappointed in relation to the service I received from Mr. Gnann for what I paid. As a client we are learning too, and patience is required on both sides. Fairness and integrity matter. However, I was disappointed when my questions were met with abruptness and sarcasm.
