2 previous attorneys started working on my personal injury case before Mr. Rich Jenkins After the chase finally settled mr. Rich Jenkins wants $2000 out of my settlement money he refuses to lower his fee to $1500 I will be also filing a complaint with the Georgia state bar And we will let the court decide Mr. Rich Jenkins is a new attorney he just passed the Georgia state bar and only been practicing since 2017 you should go with a personal injury attorney who has at least 15 years or more of personal injury cases he act like I’m asking him to lower his fee to $700 or $1000 I’m just asking for him to take off $500 lower the fee to 1500 from $2000
They don't care want return phone calls, my lawyer keep my case 6 months then send me a letter and said she doesn't have time for my case,so my case was not important she said find someone else and my husband died from bedsores and malnutrition at a nursing home, and then when she send that letter my sister had died and I had suicide thoughts in a deep depression.
