Very knowledgable on statues, interpretations, and cases. Able to quickly and easily identify the key issues in designing an effective estate plan. Communicates alternative courses and evaluates benefits underlying the most reasonable approach. Keeps documents crisp, terse, and to the point so as to avoid unintended errors or interpretations. Easy going and a pleasure to work with.
Reasonable prices, quick and efficient.
Got me nothing more than what I already had. All he did was show me & write up a more formal version. Took a year & Cost me over $20,000. Stay away unless you want to waste your money in my personal opinion. Stupid if you use this lawyer.
Stunning incompetence from the office assistant - Dealing with this office was an unending series of errors on their part that led to delays and frustration. Virtually no step of the process was error free. Forms were sent with the wrong names on them, several times; completed items were not filed for sometimes 30 days, and then only after a reminder; etc, etc - an unending series of mistakes every step of the way. Avoid!!!
