Requested a professional letter to be sent on our behalf. The draft contained typographical and grammatical errors. We pointed out the errors, but this attorney failed to make the corrections prior to the letter being sent. There was NO communication after we pointed out errors via email. Two weeks later, we received a bill. After her secretary researched, it was discovered that the letter was sent out without making ANY corrections. The attorney never responded when questioned.
