I can confidently say that choosing Sherry Ellis as my bankruptcy lawyer was one of my best decisions. Sherry's knowledge of bankruptcy laws was evident in how she navigated my case, providing insights I had not considered. From my first consultation, Sherry was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Throughout the process, Sherry was professional, responsive, and always available to answer my questions, no matter how small they seemed. She guided me through the paperwork and ensured everything was filed correctly and on time, which provided me with piece of mind. What stood out the most was Sherry's genuine care for her clients; she offered support and reassurance that helped me regain confidence in my financial future. I could successfully file for bankruptcy and start fresh thanks to Sherry's expertise. I highly recommend Sherry Ellis to anyone needing bankruptcy services. Her compassion truly set her apart from all the others.
She has an excellent staff, efficient, and responsive.
She took a very long time to resolve my issue with the bank's collection agency. I feel this could have been resolved in half the time she took. She did correspond with me to tell me what she had been doing on my behalf, but only after I would call or write to her and ask what she was doing for me. She used scare tactics threatening me with jail time often when once would have been enough. In her favor, she did get the bank to reduce the amount I owed. She did noting to calm my worries.
