This is the type of the attorney which goes after homeowners and protects corrupt boards. He is hired by condominium boards and no matter what they do or what rules they bend, Mr. Wells is there to protect them. All this at the expense of the owners of that association. If your association is hiring a law firm, make sure you skip this person as he is not there to protect homeowners.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
