Due to new medical concerns, we needed to seek assistance to negotiate a release from an offer to purchase real estate. A friend, who is a retired Florida attorney, recommended David Rosenberg. He was quick to respond to our concerns and kept us updated at every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about Florida legislation that took effect in 2025 regarding condo documentation that the seller had not provided. He reached case law and negotiated an equitable solution to our situation. We are thrilled with the result and highly recommend him.

Chris created a Lady Bird deed for me, he addressed all my questions and concerns with a sense of urgency, and had it completed literally in 2 weeks, including registration of the deed.
