Logan Anderson is a member of the Global Energy Project Finance group. He has represented buyers and sellers in connection with billions of dollars of transaction volume across a wide variety of credit categories, technology types, and manufacturing activities, including renewable energy tax credits for solar, wind, battery storage, nuclear, critical mineral extraction, renewable natural gas, carbon capture and energy-transition manufacturing projects. Logan’s practice also covers structured financing and cross-border transactions, with experience helping clients in the financial services and retail sectors expand their operations internationally.
