I’m writing to help anyone who’s looking for a real estate lawyer to take care of legal matter. I was referred to Dave Romney by a few friends and neighbors. I hired him in 2012 and we just settled on an amount about 20% more than what he told me as a “best scenario” before we started negotiating. There were four lawyers involved regarding this issue: two for buyer’s and seller’s realtor’s firms, one for the seller, and Dave Romney. I know three other attorneys were extremely good ones.
