Ms. Zorie is a wonderful attorney and person. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. Have no idea how she could get a bad review. Unless, the client is angry for not getting what they wanted or didn't participate in helping their case. She was always in contact with me and fought for me in my suit. I hopefully won't need her again, but if I do, I will call upon her without hesitation.
Ms. Zorie has done an excellent job for me and my family over the years. The first was legal advice and support for the acquisition of an existing Art Gallery in Taos, NM. I had two candidate galleries available for purchase. Ms. Zorie accompanied me on the first to make sure that I would not be purchasing an legal headaches in the process. After meeting with the owner and Ms. Zorie doing the digging it appeared that there could be serious legal implications for me purchasing the business due to bad recordkeeping on the part of the current owner. This included maintaining records of commissions paid to artists, employee categorization (1099 vs. 1098) and taxes. We made it through the purchase of another gallery with her support. The second issue was supporting my wife in a wrongful termination lawsuit. Though Ms. Zorie was not attorney of record, she advised him and was able to secure all of the monies owed for the wrongful termination. We couldn't have done this without her.
Do not hire this lawyer she is unethical! Beware. She is dishonest. She also is horrible with communication. She does not return calls nor does she follow up on any of her responsibilitys.
