Re: Sommer Udall Hardwick & Jones. I have a dispute with a contractor who likes to change the rules and do as he likes. The issues are complicated, but simpler now that I have documented proof our house isn't built to Code. Jeremy Jones and his cohorts lacked the expertise to properly handle my dispute. The fact they wouldn't meet in person and communications had to be either by phone or email also posed problems, especially as their server would bounce back email sent from my Gmail account. (I've never encountered this issue anywhere else). My 2-page attachment that should have gone with the demand letter was missing. They sent outdated & irrelevant attachments that made me look ridiculous. I would never recommend this firm. A waste of time, energy, and money.

Only advice was to bend over. Did not respond to opposition lawyer or try to reach any sort of settlement.
