mr. smith is sweet as honey, very clear, sensitive civil rights oriented lawyer. do not think u can manipulate him. I would not try. honest guy, one of the best....

Hired Attorney Mr. David Carlson Smith

He really "told it like it is" and did not appear to give an optimistic view even though we were "right." The facts were that we would probably not be successful in demanding our rights even though we had been told orally that we would be treated in a certain way and when "push came to shove" we were not.

I fired this attorney for incompetence. The only reason I didn't report him to the Bar is because I had already wasted enough valuable time on this lousy lawyer. Run, don't walk away!
