Disorganized. Charged me an additional $4,000+ when I refinanced my house. He knew I was getting the refinance loan and suddenly he came up with $4,000+ in charges for which I had never ever received a billing nor told after I paid him from the estate funds that there were more fees for my personal case. That was a lot of money I could have used considering my dire financial situation... never go to him again.
