Hired Attorney James Eschen-Pipes

I hired James Eschen of Santa Cruz, CA to author some legal real estate related documents. This lawyer is extremely knowledgable. He knew the answers to my questions before I even asked. Very experienced. He drafted my documents at a very reasonable price, and he did not even charge for the extra time he spent on my questions. He is a really honest, knowedgable, and experienced real estate lawyer.

Went significantly over budget mostly for adapted a template that didn't match our practice model very well and for excessive grammar checking of our website at attorney rates; also called in another attorney in his practice without notifying me generating excessive billing..
