If one refers to Ventura Superior Court Case Number: D294142 and Ventura Appeals Court Case Number: B195073, simply stated, under sworn testimony Mr. Herring accused me of sexually molesting both of my young daughters, yet had the case completely sealed, thus purposefully blocking any and all possible criminal discovery, as well as due process. When I attempted to unseal the case, he continued to argue to keep the case sealed from public scrutiny. Logically this means that by sealing the case he was either shielding a child sexual abuse perpetrator so they could continue to abuse children, or he sealed the case to protect himself from his own lies and perjury submitted to the court. Whether he was protecting a sexual predator or lying and committing perjury to the court, thus purposefully alienating children from their parent under false pretenses, either instance is child abuse!
